수강분야 및 학점: 세미나 기타분야 3학점(1과목) 인정
수업요일 : 월요일 오후(예정)
수업대상 : 대학원, 신대원, 목신대원 재학생 및 일반청강(목회자)  
개설방법 : 2007학년도 1학기부터 매학기 교육과정 term에 따라 세미나 형식으로  학기 중     1과목씩 개설하며, 방학기간에는 계절수업으로 개설
※미국 유학 갈 경우, 혹은 미국교회 목회 희망 경우 미국 감리교단 필수과목으로 
  인증될 예정임.

term  1. Pastoral Communication (worship presiding, preaching, , etc.)
term 2.  Pastoral Formation (self reflection, identity formation, character      
         formation, pastoral spirituality, etc.)
term  3. Pastoral Administration (presiding over meeting, pastoral letter        
         writing, sermon writing, . . )
term 4. Congregational Ministry (leadership, conflict management, caring         
        relationship. . )
